Safe & Care: the official technical support to the products distributed by Burke&Burke
Our company supplies, since 1981, direct technical certified support to the medical devices distributed. Burke&Burke consider customer care service of primary importance, not only because the malfunction of a device can generate situations of inefficiency, but mainly because it can cause damages or accidents, even irreversible, to patients and to clinical operators.
Our technicians provide maintenance operations in compliance with the manufacturers’ instructions and use only original parts.
Indeed our specialists C.A.T.A. Burke & Burke (Authorized Technical Assistance Center) follow specific operational protocols and have periodic training with the producers of the products distributed, this leeds to a perfect service guaranteeing clinical performance and safety to our customers.
A proper preventive maintenance and the use of original products increase also the life time of the device, decreasing the repair costs and the waste of consumables.
All devices repaired have our Safe & Care program logo displayed, indicating the date in which the work was performed.
IMPORTANT: the safety of patients and of hospital operators related to the performance of electromedical equipments is guaranteed by the manufacturer and by the supplier only if maintenance (preventive and corrective) is performed by technical personnel trained and authorized by the original producer.
If the technical assistance is performed by a third party not authorized and certified can be prefigured the matter of “manomission”, in that case the client is directly responsible for the safety of its patients and its hospital operators and the manufacturer cannot be held responsible.
